The form below will allow you to add a new member of Staff to the Site Database. When you have submitted a new Staff Member, the website will store this entry as ‘Pending’. Think of this as an unapproved state. This is to allow you to make any changes or additions to the Staff Member prior to their profile becoming automatically public on the frontend of the website.

You will be required to login as an Editor or Administrator in order to approve the Staff Member and ‘Publish’ their profile to the website frontend. Please note, if you are using the Administration pages and not this form to create the new Staff Member, there will be no need to approve the Staff Member as only Editors & Administrators have access to the website backend.
